Dr. Albert Nachowicz

Dr. Albert Nachowicz has been practicing Podiatry since 1990. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and the Ohio College of Podiatry Medicine, Cleveland, OH. Dr. Nachowicz is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons, and is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. Dr Nachowicz is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and currently serves on the local Independent Physicians Executive Board.

Paula Annino, LPN

Paula has been practicing as an LPN for the past 20 years. Her schooling includes Unity High School, Tolono, IL. DT'A" School, NTC, San Diego, CA> Honorable discharge as Dental Technician Second Class, U.S> Navy (Vietnam Era). Wayne School of Dental Assisting, Chicago. Practical Nurse Education Program, Middleton, CT.

Sheri L. B-Weidenburner, CNA

Sheri is a native of Champaign, IL. She attended Central High School, Parkland College, and received her Certified Nurses Aid Certificate in 1988 from Carle Clinic.
